Arlo Pro 2 - 2 Way Talk Doesn't Work

I can hear on my Arlo Pro 2 through the app but when i push the "talk" button on my phone it does not come through on the camera speaker. Also the megaphone icon on the live camera view is not lit up. Any ideas?

Is the speaker enabled and at 100% volume in the Audio Settings for that camera?
