Just received my new Arlo Pro 2 5-Camera Set and got to installing and set up. I tried to test the 2-way audio but the sound that is coming out of the speaker from the camera is CRAZY quiet, like hold-the-unit-to-your-ear-and-you-can-still-barely-hear-it quiet, sounds absolutely NOTHING like it does in this video HERE. I am super disappointed. I have only tested this on two cameras now out of the five, but I am concerned because this should be happening at all, right? Should I be looking to exchange my unit for another one?

Can say it's prob not the camera...different phones put out diff levels of audio.
When tested as in video, the mic gain can be control in the computer, but in the phones not so much and you end up with a low volume on the far side.
It seems to be phone specific
Try holding mic closer to mouth and see if it changes, try a computer or other device and see if it gets better.
Morse is faster than texting!
