Arlo PRO2 SOUND AND VIDEO NOT SYNCHRONYZED ON RECORDING

Hello

I have to Arlo Pro 2 cameras.

On one of them everything is OK

On the other one (plugged), when I watch recordings made, I realize there is a slight time gap between the recorded sound and corresponding video. In fact, sound comes about 2 ou 3 seconds before image.

Any idea about such a problem ?

Does that happen with both the app and a computer browser? If the video is downloaded and played locally, is it the same thing? You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.

Strangely enough, as I tried to test again, the problem I described didn't show up anymore !

Good thing !

I however take note of your advice, in case it would happen again.
