Arlo New App is atrocious, and the troubleshooting support is even worse. For an expensive system, it is unacceptable.
Spending hours trying to get my phone to discover Arlo devices for hours to no avail. Tried everything....deleted app. re-installed. Reset base device multiple times. Reset router multiple times. followed every troubleshooting step documented.
Should not be this difficult- especially when forced off an app that was working just fine
