Just bought Arlo Pro 2
After power on, I could detect base in app and configure it. Also could upgrade firmware and then configure first camera. But at this point, the base went down (any light on) and makes a small sound (like a click) when it's connected to power.
Already tried one solution that I saw in forum (confirm internet connecting with other equipment, eliminate base in app, reset exactly during 30 seconds) but ir didn't work.
Can anyone helps me?

Hardware problem with either the base or power supply. Swap at the store.
