I have a Arlo Base Station VMB4000 Three-LED model that shows the base station offline. It's connected to a Linksys TPLink router and connected via a ethernet cable. Inside the app, it shows 0 devices connected. I have done a soft and hard factory reset holding down the reset button for 10 and 30 second intervals. I have a green LED light on the Power and Internet icon, and amber light on camera. Most likely due to no cameras are currently paired to the base station yet. At one point in time, this was all setup and working, and now it's showing offline.
Any help would be great!

Solved!
When the base station was reset by a second person, it removed all cameras, however, they were not disamred and removed when the factory reset was applied. I had to perform a hard factory reset holding the reset button in for 30 seconds, waited for the system to come on line again. Perform another soft factory reset for 10 seconds, then I was finally able to name the base station, connect to the base station and pair the cameras to the base station.

If the base station LEDs showing green for power and internet and constantly amber for the camera it means the Base has been factory reset and awaiting to be claimed.
Ensure that your base has been removed from the my devices list under settings before you try adding again to the account.
Use a pc connected to the local network to open a browser to my.arlo.com, login and add the base.
