Arlo Base Station VM3500 not discoverable

We are experiencing an issue where the Arlo app is unable to discover our Arlo Base Station VMB3500. The light indicators are functioning correctly, and the base station is properly connected to the internet with a corresponding IP address. Despite resetting the base station, the problem persists.
