Arlo Base Station Refuses To Update Firmware 1.11.9.0_26520

I am at my wits end. I have purchased the Arlo Pro 2 with 3 cameras. The set up has been easy however the base station refuses to update firmware 1.11.9.0_26520 released on Oct 7.

I have followed all instructions and even reset the base station and waited for the auto update overnight.

Very frustrated and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably the fastest solution (and the biggest pain) is to reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Claim the base as new and then sync the cameras, updating firmware as you go when prompted. That should get you going.
