Android app rotates fine when I'm on the Library tab, but I can not watch my camera feeds full screen for some reason. I have tried auto rotate on and off. I click the expand arrows, but the multi-feed view only flips horizontal and flips back quickly only for the camera to have to reconnect.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled. Reformatted my phone. Running latest Android 11. It's been doing this for like 6 months. Arlo Support got multiple screen recordings but never could figure it out.
Cameras work fine on iOS devices I have laying around.
Use the library to select a video. Use the menu for that video to Share and copy and paste the link here. Otherwise, host it yourself on some service and post the link here. If you share from the library, the link will only work for 24 hours.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
