Arlo 2 syncing issues

Hi
I have installed and synced four cameras systems but can’t get the fifth to sync, no lights come up on the camera I have tried charging it that also doesn’t make any difference any help???

Try a battery from one of the other cameras.

Alternatively eliminate the possibility you have a faulty camera. As a test, power the camera just with just the power cable that is plugged into the AC wall adapter, you don't need a battery in the camera. Once the cable is plugged in the camera should start up with lights coming on the front of the camera. I have a camera that's running just on AC power, the battery removed from the camera.
