App on one phone says Arlo device appears offline for 2 cameras on a separate base station online for the other basestationbut recent video shows up in library on the same device and my other phone and the website shows them as online (new app installed)

Do you have to different email address and accounts for each Arlo Base station as opposed the sharing a second account?

Yes... I sign in with my own email address as opposed to the other phone signs in with a second different address

I would delete the app on the phone not working reinstall and try login in again. Might or might not work.
