I know there was recordings at 1 am but it is only showing videos from 6:43 am and on. Now an hour later it is only showing videos from 8:55 am. Where are my videos.

I’m also experienceing the cloud deleting my recordings after 2 hours. Started today. Also, I’ve been a premier customer since July 2018. And customer service thinks I’m basic..

1 problem fixed.
After updating the Arlo app today with the latest update on iPhone and iPad my cloud recordings are finally visible. No longer deleting or hiding videos after 2 hours.
