App not showing recordings

I believe my system is a Pro 2. For the last several weeks both the app and the web site show no recordings on the Devices tab for any of my cameras. But from the web site, if I click the "0" button (the one that should show how many recordings the camera has recorded) and go to the Library, I see the recordings for all but one camera. The app shows no recordings on the Device tab or Library.

 

Any ideas what's going on here? I don't have the paid plan. My system just keeps the last week of recordings.

 

My app is up to date and running on a Galaxy S10+

Yes, did that a few days ago. The system is sending recordings to the cloud, they're just not always showing up in the app/web site.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.
