App for ArloPro 2 stopped working on my iPhone 13

The app is not working on my iPhone 13 (ios 15.5). It works on my iPad and on my husband’s phone (iPhone 11, also ios 15.5). I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, and also reset the base station. I really need this to work on my phone since I am really the only user.

When you say that the app is not working, can you explain what it isn’t doing and when.

Do you have different accounts or using the same account when you login?
