App Alert for offline Cameras

I was testing the how long it would take for the Arlo Pro2 camera to inform me when they go offline by removing the batteries. They have been offline for 12 hours and according to the Arlo app, they appear to be online with 100% battery life and show it is connected to the base station. Does the app not show when the cameras go offline? Or is there a setting that I need to change?

Hi NCSF,

 

The Arlo App will not notify if your Arlo camera goes offline. There are other discussions on this topic in the Arlo Idea Exchange. I encourage you to visit these discussions and offer your support by adding likes: Alerting Mechanism for Base Station / Camera Offline
