Wondering how valid is this company. About a thousand dollars into this system. I was just scammed out of 199 for the subscription?

How did that happen? I don't see any plan that charges that amount (I guess it could be with tax added). Need details.

Did you google for a support number??? That generally is what leads to scams.

I went through the support system within the app. Had contact with them for subscription, replacement of a battery and the third time for them to tell me my subscription did not exist?

Within the app I subscribed once my trial period ended. Again through the app I contacted them about a defective battery. It was immediately replaced. Them 3 months later I received the notification that I did not have a subscription. Somehow a card was on file that does not belong to me. It was under a different name?

The 199 was the price I paid for the subscription I was told about. My understanding is someone, somehow signed me up under a different name for a monthly plan instead of the 2 year plan I was told about

What currency?
I'm not seeing 199 as a cost for any Arlo plan, and I am also not seeing any 2-year plans.
