Yes. Turn off notifications in your modes and rules. Read the FAQ here about this issue as well as many other topics.

sorry but i have modes but cannot find rules or anyway to silence individual push notifications

In each of your modes are rules for each camera needed. Edit the rules and disable notifications as desired. Be sure to save.
