Any way to chain link cameras?

I try to make 4 or 5 cameras record when one sinces motion but only 2 or 3 will record. Is there a limit to this ?

It use to work quite well ( linked cams)... And it did work for a number of cameras too.

But, back about a yr or so , the FW changed and the linked cams stopped working as well as they use to.

If you do a good search back, you may find the threads.. It was never cleared up as to why.
