The Arlo app on my Samsung phone recently started showing all of my devices as offline. They are not offline, I can view them on another Android device and on the web site. How can I get Arlo to work again on my phone?
I have tried:
- Restarting the phone
- Clearing the cache on the app
- Uninstalling/reinstalling the app
- Rebooting, removing the app, rebooting, reinstalling the app
- Signing out and back in
- Resetting the Network settings on my phone
- Power cycling the base station, my router, and modem
Again, it's only a problem on one phone, it works on others.

Does the same occur over mobile data?

Yes, it was showing all of the devices as offline on both WIFI and mobile data.
After failing for about 12-hours, it suddenly started working again. 🙄

Yikes, okay. Let me know if you experience this again and I will continue to investigate the issue.
