Am traveling and one of two cameras has gone off-line Arlo Pro 2

I am traveling and one of two cameras has gone off-line.. Has been working well for 2 weeks until today. Base station must be connected to the internet because the other camera is working fine.. Is there anyway it can be rebooted remotely- ie from another country?

The only way would be to reboot the base. It may also be a dead battery.

I forgot to mention that it is connected to the solar panel and seemed to be maintaining a good charge until it went off line. It will try to have someone look at it.
