Buying 5 arlo cameras has been one of the worst decisions of all my smart home moves. Everything is offline once again and they are unable to re sync any of them. The tech is a moron who can read from a screen asking and re-asking questions that have been answered. Demanded that I be connected to a more senior person only to be told they would call back. No big surprise, no call back. This company is the absolute worst and if a buyer you need to beware.
