After update friend with android can't connect

Details. The header doesn't tell us much.

After doing the recommended update my wife lost the ability to access any of the settings,modes etc. I deleted her access and reinstalled her but nothing seems to work. She has uninstalled Arlo on her Android phone and reinstalled also.

What update are you referring to - the app or some firmware? If the app, it's possible that's the root of the problem since there are various issues going on right now with the latest version.  You can try going into the phone settings for the app and clear the cache and data to see if that helps but no guarantees. You may need to open a case with support here:
