After moving this to another room, shows offline. Shows all 3 green LEDs on Base Station.

Since it is wireless we have this box that is plugged into the wall for power. I moved it to another room and now it says it  doesn’t have power. The box is lit up and the Arlo thing has all 3 lights green. I have restarted it. Reset it - nothing. What am I doing wrong

I EVEN PUT IT BACK IN THE ROOM IT WAS IN AND STILL SAME THING

The box you mentioned is likely the base station unit that has the three LEDs.

If all three LEDs are green it should be working and talking to the App on your phone.

If you’re getting a power missing message it could be that the camera is missing external power if it is plugged in.

Can you clarify if the above is the case.

What are we talking about here? The hub for your Arlo system?

 

I assume that you still have it plugged into a router.
