I have had 4 Arlo cameras over 5 years.  Now they do not record and I and getting a notification that I need a subscription?  Why?

Did your interface change from using Library to view recordings to the new UI that uses Feed? If so, go to Routines to edit your modes. It's possible that only Arm Away has rules for your cameras and that you may need to create new ones in Arm Homme. That also may mean that any schedules and/or geofencing you may have used in the past need to be fixed up in Routines, Automations. Also, if you used custom modes before, those did not transfer since the new UI does not support them yet (it is coming, though).

Once you've looked at all that, go to Dashboard and note the current mode. Click on Arm Away to see if that gets you recordings. Here's an FAQ that should help some:

BTW, the prompt for subscriptions likely means you have some settings for at least one camera that is now considered a premium feature. The most likely candidate is activity zones so delete those to clear that message.
