Added another user and worked fine but does not recognize my iPhone 8 and no notifications

I have set up an account for the Arlo Pro 2 using the iPhone 8 and then added another user. It worked great at first but I did not go into my Arlo App for a couple of days and now it does not recognize my device and the push notifications are not effective. I tried to reset to factory default by pushing sync and reset but that did nothing. Any advice?

Reset is hold in the reset for 10 secs till the led(s) flash
