Pro 2 didn't alert or record. Tried rebooting Base Station. Removed camera. How to add remotely?

My 3 cameras have not been alerting me or recording as they are set to do.

I tried re-booting the hub. Didn’t work. I then tried removing a camera. Now it is asking me to press a button on it when I’m trying to add it back.

Surely this can be triggered remotely? Has anyone had this issue who could help please?

Hi mforsyth13,

 

When re-adding the Arlo Pro 2 camera back onto your account, you will need to press the sync button on your camera physically in order to re-pair it back to your Base Station.

Really? That’s pretty poor. The cameras should be able to re-connect remotely after removal.
