I am having issues with one of my 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras , this one will not detect motion nor sound when its supposed to record. It works on LIVE but doesn't detect, however when not doing a test it picks up nothing at all other than live mode ? I have "removed the device" and then "added a camera" again camera and still doesn't detect anything . HELP!

What mode are you using? Have you verified that a rule exists for the camera? Try the Armed mode for testing.
