Activity zones are not working

Hi,

 

I have set up activity zones on my PRO 2 & PRO cameras.

I have also set up rules which records video on other cameras when it detects motion on one camera. Prior to setting up activity zones, if an activity is detected on one camera it used to record on other cameras as well.

Once the activity zone has been set up, the other cameras are not recording. Is it that the videos get uploaded for processing and since no activity is detected on the other cameras (activity zones) the recordings are not saved?
