Activity Zones & Alerts are not working

Has anyone else noticed that the settings for Arlo Pro 2 have completely changed over the past two weeks?  Perhaps with the latest update?  I have had Arlo Pro 2's for a couple of years now with absolutely no issues.  Now i'm getting hundreds of notifications per day of movement and one camera is recording everything (thus battery running out constantly).  I have tried to rectify and now i'm getting errors that activity zones are not allowed unless they are connected with AC power.

 

I have opened a ticket with Arlo support and have heard nothing.

Getting the exact same thing. Recent weeks have been filled with notifications, usually from simply the wind. Constant recording, draining the batteries incredibly fast. Unfortunately even the Smart notifications seem broken, given that I'm still getting the standard motion detected ones despite them being turned off.

Yes, already did.  I have a case number assigned.  I haven't heard any response as of yet.

I was contacted today via email with a list of follow-up questions, how do I email the answers back?  the email was from the do not reply Arlo Support email?  There was no response email listed?  Within that email I replied back with my phone number, best times, etc.
