Activity Zones Arlo Po 2, not reliable, need custom shapes, needs to allow for modes

Hi

Iv found Activity zones are very unreliabe.  Im finding that I can at times walk right through a activity zone without a trigger, other times it will pic me up way outside a zone upto 6 feet away.  Also I can get a motification yet no video or email.

Because of its inconsistancy it highlites another issuse that being I must create a zone in a place where somthing close to outside it cant trigger it but then Im not covering some areas because of the limited shape of the zone.  We need a polygon pen, or a optiion to use different shapes.  It would also be of a great help if you can have different activity zones per mode, not a global setting.  Also in the mainual it states that you can choose what zones trigger activity, I see no such option?  As things stand at the moment If I try to get the zones closer around my car people walking by and cars will trigger it

Here is a perfect example.  For last 2 days all seemed fine. oddly its been raining so the image didnt have same exposure.  The white care in this image shows how it is triggering off a motion yet way outside the zones.
