Accidently wiped out my device on my phone. Now I can't get it to find the hub in the arlo app. Need anyones help. Went to set up tonight and it cant find the hub, so I can set up the cameras

When you say you wiped out your device, do you mean you removed it from Settings, My Devices? Check there and verify that either everything is there or nothing. If you want to reset and start fresh, make sure everything is removed. It may be useful to also press and hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber (>10 seconds). When the LED is blue, use your phone to add a new device and select the base/hub section.
Make sure you're not using a VPN when doing this.
