ARLO Pro2 and local storage

My camera is fully functional, charging, and shows connected to the base unit.   Yet, it has not been depositing photos, that are available, in storage.   Why is this occurring??

Are you referring to manual recordings or snapshots or the motion detected recordings?

 

The manual recordings and snapshots are only available to cloud storage not local backup.
