ARLO PRO 2 can't re-add them

I'm having trouble with my Arlo Pro 2.

 

1. No live pictures and the battery is full. I'm getting the following errors:

 

The device for the same camera on the desktop says: Your camera is offline and cannot be streamed.

The device for the same camera on the phone says: Battery is low and you need to charge it.

 

I bought new batteries and installed them.  Same message.

 

The ARLO website on the desktop version says the battery is at 100%.

 

help?

To start with, ignore the arlo web portal app for now, needs fixing.

 

Use the iPhone arlo app, plug Ac power into the camera.

 

If they then start working, pull power to see if they die again with the fully charged batteries.

 

I the cameras die again you will need to remove them from your account and add again.

I tried what you said - I removed it and tried to add it back. 
 
Now it won’t let me add the Arlo back!!

Not the best outcome for something meant to be so simple.

 

I will no longer be suggesting the removal process until arlo gets this working again.

 

At this point all I can suggest is using the arlo web portal to try the adding process, do it on a pc browser that is connected to the local network.
