ARLO PRO 2
HW Version: VMB4000r3 Serial#: 4R03757GAD8B4 Firmware: 1.9.4.0_15548.
What to do if now bedroom camera says "is off line"?
What to do if the video of the livingroom camera shows quite blurry, as if it's been "zoomed"? Tried adjusting the video quallity bar, but it will not allow it. Can't click on the green button to adjust.
Thank you so very much.

Getting the bedroom cameras back online - Perhaps a battery pull and replacement will restart the camera and allow it to sync again. Does it have adequate battery power? Consider recharging the camera anyway. Sometimes cameras drop offline due to interference. If the battery is well charged but it won't sync, try moving the base station further away from your wifi router
The living room camera - silly question but you've removed the plastic protective film from the front of the camera and checked the lens for smudges and smears right? The video quality is a slider so you have to drag it to the left to get to Best Video

Maybe a silly question, but are you pointing the livingroom camera through the window to see outside?

To adjust video quality, it's not really a slider - it's a 3 position switch. Just grab the "slider" and move it in a browser or click on one of the 3 positions in the app.

Haha. It's not a slider but grab the green bit and slide it to one of the 3 positions 😛
