ARLO PRO 2 Grant Access Issues To Iphone 5

I am having trouble getting my wifr access to our ARLO PRO 2 system on her iphone 5. It does not reconize . No issues on my iphone 6. Can anyone help? We have tried numerous times! Am I doing something wrong?

The easiest/best thing to do is to use Settings, Grant Access from your account to your wife's email address. Follow the emailed directions carefully and both of you should be able to moitor the system at the same time.
