ARLO PRO 2 30+ SECONDS DELAY!!!

There is a 30+ second delay for both of my arlo pro 2 Camaras. My wifi sided is around 20 mbps. Video and voice can be laggy. With the delay, it's impossible to carry a conversation. Is this the way it is? If yes, I'll return it for sure. Netgear, please respond!

Is that 20Mbps the download speed or upload? Upload is typically the slower of the two and makes the biggest difference.

It's 48/28. So upload speed is well over 20. Will the Arlo pro has less leg time since the quality of video is not as good as the pro 2, therefore takes less time to upload and download?

Not really. There may be a small difference but I doubt it's likely.
