I have moved and I tried to install Arlo in the new house, I connected the base station and It’s looks good, all lights are on and bright and good signal, but when I want to pare base-app says “cannot find any arlo devise”. I already reset, disconnected, delete the app, register again , setting as new!! and cannot get it work! can someone has a suggestion what to do ???

Moving the system doesn't mean you have to set it up again. Generally, all you have to do is to unplug from the old location, plug into the new one, wait for all 3 LEDs to turn green and continue using as before. Depending on what you've done so far, you may need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. You may need to also hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber before starting the rebuild process.
