A1 Battery shows green lightning bolt but won't charge.

I have 4 batteries from an Arlo Pro 2 that won't charge. They have a green lightning bolt charge but stays at 0%. The cameras were offline for a couple years because we moved and I am just now installing them. They were working flawlessly before the move

Or do a risk-buy of a standalone charging station, and try that.  Arlo's is here:

(There are third-party charging stations that are much less expensive.  But I've used one, so I don't have first-hand experience on how well they work).
