7 day cloud glitch with CVR subscription

Recently out of the blue about a few weeks ago,  cloud recordings in my library are only showing the current days recordings for my Arlo Pro 2 camera. As the next day happens the previous days recordings disappear.  I am subscribed to CVR on that particular camera and when you go in the timeline, 7 days worth of sensor recordings and 24 hour recording are showing there but not the individual recordings in the library.

 

I have deleted all my cameras and resynched them numerous times. I tried changing the sort to only show that camera in the library. I unsubscribed from CVR and low and behold the recordings started showing up again in the library. I also resubscribed and the issue came back. All of this was after going back and forth with customer support who can’t seem to figure it out. I do not have Arlo Smart subscription and this camera is plugged in to a continuous power supply. This problem is across all my device apps and also through the web browser. It does not affect my other 2 Arlo wire free cameras which are not on the CVR plan.

 

Anyone had this issue or have suggestions? I understand I can see the recordings through the timeline, but it is much easier going back into the library to find what I’m looking for.
