I recently had an incident that was recorded on my arlo pro 2. The 30 day cloud storage time frame expired and the videos from said day are now deleted. Is there anyway possible to get these back? Or request for the the videos to be pulled with police report?

Is there any chance that you have a USB stick installed and that the recording is on that?

OR after above...

 

Some in the past have UPDATED their service level..  since you have 30 days, upgrade for a month to 60 days ( as long as it is in the time frame needed )

Others have found their videos still there ( as long as NOT deleted by user ).

 

Will it work still, unsure ... but sounds like it may be worth the small fee.
