3 Arlo Pro2 cam’s setup for 2 years, plugged into power. 2 have activity zones and one does not

So have had these 3 cameras for about 2 years now. I set them up with power from day 1 so they are always plugged in. All show as plugged in on both the Android and iOS app. No updates to the hub, cameras or the apps are available which tells me all are up to date.

 

Problem:

When I go in to each camera to adjust the activity zones, I can get into this setting no problem on 2 of them but not the 3rd camera; the “Activity Zone” option simply is not there, in either the iOS or Android app. Here are the version specs for all hardware:

HUB (VMB4000r3): 1.16.2.5_3508_62dfaa0

2 cameras with Activity Zone option available (Hardware H3): 1.125.14.0_34_1189

1 camera without Activity Zone option available (Hardware H11): 1.092.0.25_24_986

 

I am obviously thinking it is the mismatched version of the H11 camera (even though all were purchased and in the same box when I bought them). Any ideas for resolving this issue?
