Using the Speaker on an Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight

Is there a way to use the Speaker on an Arlo 3 Floodlight to scare away woodpeckers on the same corner block of siding?  Can I use this to speak with solicitors outside my house as I'm watching them simultaneously?  How loud is the volume?

While this will greatly depend on how stubborn the woodpecker (or solicitor) is, you can absolutely interact with subjects near the camera using the microphone/speaker.

Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight also includes an integrated siren that can be triggered automatically on detection events, or manually through the Arlo mobile app.
