Timeline view needs better controls, specifically fast forward/rewind.

While scrolling with my finger, it often jumps time when I lift my finger. It makes it difficult to get to where I want. I fast forward and rewind button would be very helpful. I double tap to skip 10 seconds or so (similar to the youtube app) would also be amazing.
