Why can't old mobile devices be removed from the Enable Mobile Drives and Push Notifications screen in Geofencing?

      This list is starting to fill with older devices I no longer have and becoming quite annoying.

 

Speaking of new devices. When a new device is added, most often because it has been replaced, geofencing doesn't start working for several days or not at all. The device will get stuck In Zone or Out of Zone despite the app being setup correctly on that device. This happens pretty much every time.

This feature is now available on the 3.2 version of the Arlo mobile app. This version should be available for all users in the app store for both iOS and Android by 4/16/2021.

 

When using custom modes, new devices will not be automatically added to your Geofencing settings. When adding new devices, check your Geofencing settings to make sure the new device is part of the modes that are defined there.
