My Arlo Baby camera appears offline, but the LED is solid blue; what do I do?

This article applies to:

Due to a hardware limitation, the blue and purple LEDs on your Arlo Baby might be difficult to distinguish.

If your Arlo Baby is connected to your Wi-Fi network but is not connected to the Internet, the LED illuminates solid purple.

If you see what looks like a solid blue LED but your Arlo Baby is showing as offline, the LED is actually purple, not blue.
