How do I customize Arlo Baby sensor settings for temperature, humidity, and air quality?

  • This article explains how to customize your air quality, humidity, and temperature sensor settings.

To customize Arlo Baby temperature sensor settings:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to my.arlo.com.
    The Devices page displays.
  2. On the Arlo Baby camera feed, tap or click Air sensors to access sensor settings.
  3. Tap or click Temperature to access the temperature section of the Environment Status page.
  4. Tap or click Edit.
  5. To specify the temperature display unit, tap or click Display Unit and select Celsius or Fahrenheit.
  6. Tap or click Collect Data to turn data collection on or off.
  7. Tap or click Notifications to turn notifications on or off.
  8. Drag the Temperature Threshold sliders to set the minimum and maximum acceptable temperatures.
    If you turned notifications on, you receive alerts whenever Arlo Baby detects that the temperature is outside the range that you selected.

To customize Arlo Baby humidity sensor settings:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to my.arlo.com.
    The Devices page displays.
  2. On the Arlo Baby camera feed, tap or click Air sensors to access sensor settings.
  3. Tap or click Humidity to access the humidity section of the Environment Status page.
  4. Tap or click Edit.
    The Sensor Settings page displays.
  5. Tap or click Collect Data to turn data collection on or off.
  6. Tap or click Notifications to turn notifications on or off.
  7. Drag the Humidity Threshold sliders to set the minimum and maximum acceptable humidity levels.
    If you turned notifications on, you receive alerts whenever Arlo Baby detects that the humidity is outside the humidity range that you selected.

To customize Arlo Baby air quality sensor settings:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to my.arlo.com.
    The Devices page displays.
  2. On the Arlo Baby camera feed, tap or click Air sensors to access sensor settings.
  3. Tap or click Air quality to access the air quality section of the Environment Status page.
  4. Tap or click Edit.
    The Sensor Settings page displays.
  5. Tap or click Collect Data to turn data collection on or off.
  6. Tap or click Notifications to turn notifications on or off.
  7. If you turned on notifications, choose to receive notifications when the air quality is in the Abnormal range or only when the air quality is in the Very Abnormal range.
