To identify your Arlo Go or Go 2 service provider, do one of the following things:
- If your Arlo camera is already set up, is online, and has an activated service plan with data available, launch the Arlo app and open the settings menu for your Arlo Go camera. Your service provider displays in the NETWORK section.
- Open the Arlo Go camera battery door, remove the battery, and look for the model number on the device label inside the battery compartment.
- If the label shows VML2030VZNA, Verizon is the service provider.
- If the label shows VML4030-100NAS, AT&T is the service provider.
- If the label shows VML4030-1VZNAS, Verizon is the service provider.
- If the label shows VML4030-200NAS, Arlo Mobile is the service provider.
- If the label shows VML4030-1T9NAS, Telguard is the service provider.
- If the label shows VML4030-1USNAS, US Cellular is the service provider.
- If the label shows VML4030-100PAS, the service provider could be T-Mobile, Bell Canada, or another third-party carrier.
