Your email address is the user ID for your Arlo account. If you change your account email, you must confirm your new email to receive alerts.
To change your email address:
For the Arlo Secure App experience with Feed:
- Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
- Tap
in the Arlo Secure App or click Settings on my.arlo.com. - Tap or click Account Profile and Security below your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap or click Name, Email.
- Enter the new email address and current password.
- Tap or click Save.
Arlo will send you an email to confirm your email address change.
If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk folders. Tap or click Resend Email to have the verification email sent again.
For the Arlo Secure App experience with Library:
- Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
- Tap or click Settings.
- Tap or click Profile.
- Tap Name, Email in the Arlo Secure App or click Change Email Address on my.arlo.com.
- Tap Email Address if you are using the Arlo Secure App.
- Enter your new email and current password.
- Tap or click Change Email Address.
Arlo will send you an email to confirm your email address change.
If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk folders. Tap or click Resend Email to have the verification email sent again.
