Snapshot notification on Google Nest Hub when motion is detected

Dear all,

I'm using five VMC3030 cams with the VMB3000 hub. At home I have Homey Pro installed, combined with several Google Nest Hubs. I would very much like to see a snapshot (or live stream) on the Google Nest hubs when (one of) the Arlo cams detect motion.

For starters, It doesn't seem to be possible to connect this "old" Arlo hub to Homey Pro? Would an upgrade of the Arlo Hub matter?

Is it at all possible to achieve this with my hardware? Is it possible with a more recent Arlo Hub?
