Provide recording options that match smart notifications

I receive hundreds of extraneous recordings for random sounds, waving leaves, bugs, rain, etc. Smart notification prevents me from getting notified when these non-events occur, but they make reviewing my history impossible. There can literally be hundreds of these to wade through in a single day while looking for actual security events. And yes, I have set activity zones and done everything else suggested by customer support.

Smart notification options should also give the ability to block recording those types of events.
